Regardless of who you are, you could probably use a little extra green. Me? I'm an unemployed college student currently looking for a part-time job. In the meantime, I'm making money online.
Simply fill out market research surveys, which pay $0.50 to $0.80 each, or complete offers with varying payouts. Some surveys are dry and tedious, while others might have you watch a movie trailer not yet available to the general public and give feedback on it. Most offers are free, but some require payment. Even though they pay less, I'd stick to the free offers as there are plenty of other ways to make money with CashCrate including:
-Watching video ads (update: new "bonus video" feature, which often lets you watch them multiple times in a row)
-Installing the CashCrate toolbar, which pays you for using it to search the web
-Gaining referrals
Referrals can be a very lucrative source of passive income. 20% of your referrals' earnings get added to yours, as well as 10% of the earnings of THEIR referrals. In addition, when one of your referrals reaches $10, you get a $3 bonus. Once you reach 50 active US referrals, you're upgraded to the silver level, and you can choose to change this $3 bonus to a $1 bonus for each new active referral (highly recommended). Commission also rises from 20% to 25% for first level referrals. Then comes gold, platinum, and finally elite status, with commission maxing out at 30% for first level and 20% for second level. Your referrals make the same amount regardless of whether or not they use a referral link. In other words, you don't sap their earnings. The benefit of being a referral is your referrer is added to your contact list so you can ask them any questions you may have.
On top of all of these, if you check in once a day by clicking the "check in" button, you'll get 3 cents a day. It's not much, but that's free money right there. If you check in every day of the month, you'll get a bonus 50 cents at the end of the month.
Don't feel it's worth the time? Imagine just doing one eighty-cent survey a day. At the end of the month, you'll have a check in the mail for $24, all for ten minutes of work a day. The more time and effort you put in, the more you'll make.
Even if you don't want to put in the time referring others, you can still make a decent chunk of change. Many people earn $90 or more each month by vigorously filling out every survey and completing every free offer they can. Of the approximately $80 I've made, only $5 has been from referrals. The rest is from surveys, free offers, checking in, and watching video ads. I spend more time referring in the hopes of turning this into a source of passive income while checking in each day and filling out the occasional survey or offer.
In addition to the money you'll be making from surveys, you also get 1 point for every dollar earned from offers. These points can be spent on a variety of gift cards, electronics, and more. You'll also get 20 points whenever you post a picture of your check to the payment wall, and you can participate in gaming tournaments or fill out point surveys for more points.
I've filled out plenty of offers and have never received anything in the mail I wasn't expecting and hadn't agreed to receive.
I tried a number of other survey sites before finding CashCrate including SurveyHead, MySurvey, and OpinionOutpost. In my opinion, CashCrate surpasses every single one of these in ease of use, reliability, and money-making opportunities. I quit using the others before I even reached the payout threshold.
